    Well, Noah Smith' arguments are mostly usual handswaving and magical thinking. Your post was actually better at questionong Tom Murphy's thoughts.

    The Laws of Nature are very hard to question. Today humans are not very good at understanding it, particularly lacking understanding of Thermodynamics, Chaos theory, Exponential function and huge obstacles preventing exploration of Space...
